Her career has led to licensing and developing a patented portable detection platform device AMiAware,TM used to improve physician decision making at the point of patient care (POC), delivering cost effective decision making at the time it is most needed. Rapid reporting in an ER reduces waiting using precision medicine for immediate Rule In/Rule Out to predict the patient’s risk of a future cardiac event over the next 6 months. This platform technology is being expanded to quantitively measure circulating cannabinoid and opiate presence in human fluids in real time at the POC – the first on the market.
